The Cell provides opportunities to students to update their skills, particularly the soft-skills, in order to make them employable.

Mission:

The Cell directs its efforts to achieve a cent percent placement opportunities to students of those who wish to go for employment, enhance their life and promote the image of the Institution.

OBJECTIVE

Placement and entrepreneurial development cell is functioning in the college since autonomy and offers service to students. Many placement opportunities are created for the posts of Chemists, Software Persons, Accounts Staff, Teachers, etc., in many Companies/Schools. Workshops on Personality development, interview skills, etc., are conducted periodically.

FUTURE PLAN OF THE CELL

The Cell will contact more number of employers and to create enough placement opportunities to all students

The Cell will maintain a close relationship with AVCC Alumni to arrange for more placements to our students.

The Cell will conduct more training programmes/workshops to train all final year students on soft-skills, especially Communication skills in English and problem solving techniques in Mathematical aptitude.

The Cell will provide intensive training to use Laptop sponsored by the state government in career avenues & employment opportunities.

The Cell is trying to get 100% placement for the aspiring students.
