'PEKAK' is a campus diversity programme in which opportunities are provided to the young students to develop interest in service to the society especially in Villages. All the first year under graduate students irrespective of their participation in other programmes like NCC, NSS, etc. have to take up service activities,( e.g. arranging medical camps, developing clean environment awareness campaign in adopted villages.) under the guidance of teaching staff of the college and a village coordinator.
'PEKAK' is the name given to our College Magazine. Each letter in the word 'PEKAK' stands for a village of the Anbanathapuram Vahaira.
